In 2023, the Ryan Gordy Foundation attended the AYA Global Congress Conference. The Global Adolescent and Young Adult Cancer Congress is a major event where speakers from across the globe gather to present sector-leading research on cancer care for young people, helping to improve treatment and care around the world. Congress allowed health and social care professionals to network and share information about this specialist area of cancer care, offering opportunities to learn from leading international experts.

The event, which takes place every two years, was organized on a rotational basis by the AYA Cancer Global Accord, composed of leading international adolescent and young adult cancer-focused organizations: Canteen Australia, Teenage Cancer Trust, and Teen Cancer America.

Our participation in the 2023 Congress enabled us to connect with global leaders in the field, gain valuable insights, and further our mission of improving the lives of young cancer patients through innovative care and support.
