Let us introduce you to Victoria Summer. Five years after arriving in Los Angeles with nothing but a suitcase and a dream, elegant British beauty Victoria Summer has found success as an actress, singer, model – and role model. She has appeared in a string of films including Oscar
nominee Saving Mr Banks, blockbuster Transformers: Age of Extinction and wartime spy thriller Game of Aces. Next up is Brooklyn All American opposite Chris Noth and Christopher McDonald. Whenever she’s not in front of the camera or performing music, Victoria can usually
be found doing charity work including finding forever homes for rescue animals – including her own pets, cats Missy and Elton and her dog Bentley – and representing Teen Cancer America with her afternoon tea Event ‘Tea with Victoria Summer.
How did you get involved with The Ryan Gordy Foundation?
Through my Tea event ‘Tea with Victoria Summer’ which was sponsored by BMW which is how I met RGF Founder Anita.
What does the word Wellness mean to you?
It means to me GLOWING with life and vitality - high energy for whatever life throws your way.
How do you stay focused on your health goals?
I must admit to becoming easier on myself over the years but mainly I listen to my body and what it needs.
What's your guilty pleasure when it comes to food?
Coffee and dark chocolate
What is your favorite way to spend a Saturday?
Early walk on the beach with my dog and then a nice breakfast spot. Then I just love to putter around the house, read and watch a great movie!
Who are some of your favorite influencers in the health, wellness, and/or fitness industry?
I am quite a fan of Jay Shetty right now. I’ve listened to a number of his podcasts and find him very positive and real to people for what’s needed right now for many people.
What advice would you give to someone struggling to form healthy habits?
It’s easy to roller-coaster. Find a plan you can adapt to your lifestyle .
